How to loose fat naturally?

Today the market is full of artificial medicines, tablets and other things which promise to make you weight loose fast without any exercise and food control. Fat is directly related to many of heart related problems few like hypertension, heart attack etc. Increase in fat should be prevented at prior time. But these can have bad affect on the health in a long run. Few tips to loose fat naturally are:
(1) Exercise: The best time for this is the morning. You only have to wake up little early and nothing else. If you can not do heavy exercises and do not want to go Gym then just walking is sufficient. Brisk walking is the best exercise that you can do. You can climb stairs also. Climbing is a good exercise for legs and hands. It does miracle to your stomach too.
(2) Have salad: Salad is rich in roughage that adds bulk to the fat and has natural water also. Salads have one more benefit that it makes you stomach fuller and you tend to eat less.
(3) Walk after every meal: Walk at least for 10 minutes after every big meal. If you can not get time after meal then do at least 30 minutes of walk either in the morning or evening.
(4) Be active the whole day: Keep rotating yourself throughout the day. Instead of phone or using lifts in the office, climb stairs and go to your colleague seat. Park your vehicle far of the parking area. The little activities can also help you burn calories.
(5) Never skip Breakfast: Most people think that by not having breakfast one can loose weight. So it is advised not to skip breakfast. This makes you hungrier and you tend to eat more in the day.

How I lost my weight after pregnancy

After giving birth to my daughter and that also ceasarian I had put on my weight. I did not take care of that initially. People often tell me to do something to loose that. Although I was not that plumy that, I had got more fatty compared to before pregnancy. I did not care till my daughter became two years old. I had started doing job also and got busy in maintaining a balance between office and house.
In the process I had stopped thinking about myself. My daughter had become my epicentre. I only wanted her well being. Then suddently I was browsing internet and came to know how one should take care of his. I read that if we are not able to look after ourselves then we cannot take care of others also. I also felt that I also want to change my weight now. I also want to play with my daughter which I was not being able to do due to this weight. I used to get tired very soon. So I started searchin online how I can reduce my weight. There I saw many tips also which I used and they helped me a lot. Today I want to write few of the things that I did and got a noticeable change within 3-4 months. I am sharing them below.


(1) First thing that I did started drinking a lot of water. Poor office boys got tired in filling my glass one after another J. I had told them to place a bottle on my desk the very thing in the morning and when that finished then they used to bring another one.
(2) Second thing I started adding some exercises in my routine. Initially I used to get tired very soon so I added slow walking only and that one time in a day.
(3) Slowly, I added few stretching exercises also like rotating hands, legs, and jogging.
(4) I used to jog in the morning for 15-20 minutes. Then in the office also I did start jogging. I jogged whenever I wished like that.
(5) Then I added brisk walking. Before I used to sit in the office chair for a long but now started going on walk whenever get time. I started even brisk walking in free hours in the office and made it a habit of doing atleast 45 minutes of brisk walking in the office. If not office then home
(6) Before I used to eat a lot of glucose buiscuits. But now I have stopped that and reduced the level of sugar intake also. I have a sweet tooth and cannot stop eating sweets. Now I almost said NO to them.
(7) Then I did some yoga practices also in the morning. I chose to do exercise and yoga alternatively.
(8) Atlast I started thinking positive and took 7-8 hours of complete sleep.
(9) I became regular on my daily activities and started loosing weight. I started drinking a glass of juice daily and cut down the cups of tea and coffee.

Now you can see a difference in myself. I have tonned a lot and have reducea my weight a lot. I have still a stubborn area like stomach which is still a little flabby but I am hoping to get rid off it soon.

Walking for weight loss

Walk, walk walk. The more you walk the more active you become. You might be thinking I am fool enough saying you to walk and you want to sit. But let me tell you that walking is the best exercise to remain fit and fine. Not only fit and fine but also helps in reducing weight. Walking in any form is good. Be it moderate or fast. Generally people think that walking is a very slow exercise and cannot bring weight loss. But this is not the case. If it is added in your daily routine and done in a proper manner then it can do magic. Atleast try to add walking for 10 minutes after every meal. You can either do 30 minutes of walking simultaneously or can do 10 minutes walking for three times in a day. Generally doing 10 minutes walking for three times give best results
Try to walk as fast as possible. It increases the blood circulation which makes your heart work fast. The heart has to work hard and in turn burns calories. The more you sweat the more you loose weight. While walking rotate your arms also clockwise. Rotating arms burns few extra calories. Walking does tonning of your legs and other parts also. But walking needs a good pair of shoes. Your foot should feel comfortable wbecause while walking the whole weight of the body falls on the foot. Give some time after all food you eat to digest. If you have office job then do not sit for a long time. Just sit up of your seat and do stretching and little bit of walking. Those who have marketing jobs have no reason to sit for a long time as their job makes them to move a lot. (1) Experts advice to drink a lot of water if you are trying to loose weight as it makes our metabolism to burn fat fast. Often thrust is mistaken as a hunger. So if you are feeling hungry then drink water at first. This can prevents you eating more also. Water burns calories 3% faster than normal.
(2) Try adding 8-9 glasses of water in your daily routine. Water flushes out the waste also from the body.
(3) If one does not like plain water then can have water in other forms like fruits, vegetables. They are rich source of water .
(4) The main benefit of fruits is that they not only provides water but also add fibre to the body. Most of the fruits are rich in minerals and vitamins too.

Weight loss tips for Mom's

After becoming mom one of the main thing that woman has to struggle with is the extra kilos and the flab that she puts on after pregnancy. Moreover the newly born baby doesn’t allow a mom to give sufficient time to look after her. But a woman should try to look after health and weight issues also as this will effect in a long run.

Few tips for moms to get rid of weighty issues:
(1) Your body needs something extra to burn of excess of calories in your body. Just running after your kids and doing little bit of household chores is not sufficient. You have to add some exercises in your daily routine.
(2) Anytime is a great time to do workout. If you do not get time in the morning as busy with household chores or have to send your husband to the office then no problems fix your workout time at the afternoon or evening when your baby is also sleeping. This is your best “ME” time. Out of 24 hours a day you can spend 30 minutes to one hour day for yourself.
(3) Make smart choice of your food that you eat. Plan in advance your meal schedule in advance. The vegetables can be bought every third day.
(4) Have at least 5-6 small meals in a day. The breakfast, lunch and dinner should be good. Apart from his mid morning, mid evening, mid- night meals are the metabolism boosters. Maintain your diet a balanced diet. Involve Carbohydrates, Proteins, Fats and Fibres in the right amount.
(5) Ask your doctor or physician before starting any exercise. If you are a new mom then give some time before starting any exercise.

Emotional eating depends upon one's mood. During a mood shifting one starts eating something without seeing whether its good or not.
Definition of Emotional Eating
Emotional eating can be defined as eating something in response to one's feelings. You need not to feel hunger during emotional eating. It means your emotions are controlling you what to eat and how much you want to eat. Some people like to eat sweets when they are under stress or some like to have salty. This all depends upon one's nature and mood.
How it causes weight gainDuring emotional eating one dows not count for calories. He doesn't see what he is eating. So he just takes in whatever is present in his front. This way he adds on calories in his body. Moreover the main thing to be mentioned here is that generally it is high calories, high fat, high sugar or salty food which one tends to eat when he is under emotional eating. These things make your stomach fuller but makes you fatty also.

Try to indulge yourself in other activities or have nutritious food like roughage, water, juice etc. when you are under stress, tired , anxious or want to go for emotional eating

But if comparison is done then an over weight person is at a higher risk as he can develop many coronary and other diseases in his body. One should be cautious towards his health. Everyone should check out his health and weight from time to time so that he can take preventive measures as soon as he comes to know that he is putting on weight. Few Tips for weight loss.
(1) Portion Control: One should never go on crash dieting. This has temporary effect and bad effect in a long run. It is always wise to eat everything whatever one craves for but in a small amount. So portion control is the first step in diet control.
(2) Eat frequently: By this we mean that one should eat frequently at least 4- meals small meal in a day. This keeps metabolism in a good shape. When you skip a meal then the metabolism slows down to conserve the energy stored in the body. If you continue the process for a few days then your body starts thinking that you have gone in a starvation mode and starts conserve the energy from what ever you eat and weight loss comes from water and muscle which is not good. So never ever skip a meal. On the contrary try to have at least 5 small meals in a day at a regular interval. And have breakfast daily.
(3) Eat more fruits and vegetables. Fruits and vegetables are available in plenty in the nature and can provide you with vitamins and other nutrients that your body need. The most beneficial point is that they contain water in themselves. So a serving of a fruit can provide you nutrients with water!!. Moreover they are low in calories also.(4) Cut down sugar : One should try not to take sugar in a complex form. Try to avoid sugar coffee Sodas etc. as they have rich value of sugar in themselves.
(5) Fiber: One should try to take more Fiber in the form of salad in their food. Fiber provides bulk to the food and makes you feel fuller. This helps in maintaining your digestive system in a good shape.
(6)Exercise: One very important step for weight loss is exercise. Start with few steps of walking initially if cannot do more. Slowly and gradually increase the time and intensity of your workout. Don’t sit in a place for a long time. Keep on moving your body while sitting also. Go for a short walk initially. Then slowly add more cardio exercises in your routine like running, jumping etc. If want more guidance and results then join any gym. The instructor there will teach your exercises as well as advice you on your dietary habits.
Slowly and gradually you will achieve your targets of weight loss you only have to keep patience.
