After giving birth to my daughter and that also ceasarian I had put on my weight. I did not take care of that initially. People often tell me to do something to loose that. Although I was not that plumy that, I had got more fatty compared to before pregnancy. I did not care till my daughter became two years old. I had started doing job also and got busy in maintaining a balance between office and house.
In the process I had stopped thinking about myself. My daughter had become my epicentre. I only wanted her well being. Then suddently I was browsing internet and came to know how one should take care of his. I read that if we are not able to look after ourselves then we cannot take care of others also. I also felt that I also want to change my weight now. I also want to play with my daughter which I was not being able to do due to this weight. I used to get tired very soon. So I started searchin online how I can reduce my weight. There I saw many tips also which I used and they helped me a lot. Today I want to write few of the things that I did and got a noticeable change within 3-4 months. I am sharing them below.
(1) First thing that I did started drinking a lot of water. Poor office boys got tired in filling my glass one after another J. I had told them to place a bottle on my desk the very thing in the morning and when that finished then they used to bring another one.
(2) Second thing I started adding some exercises in my routine. Initially I used to get tired very soon so I added slow walking only and that one time in a day.
(3) Slowly, I added few stretching exercises also like rotating hands, legs, and jogging.
(4) I used to jog in the morning for 15-20 minutes. Then in the office also I did start jogging. I jogged whenever I wished like that.
(5) Then I added brisk walking. Before I used to sit in the office chair for a long but now started going on walk whenever get time. I started even brisk walking in free hours in the office and made it a habit of doing atleast 45 minutes of brisk walking in the office. If not office then home
(6) Before I used to eat a lot of glucose buiscuits. But now I have stopped that and reduced the level of sugar intake also. I have a sweet tooth and cannot stop eating sweets. Now I almost said NO to them.
(7) Then I did some yoga practices also in the morning. I chose to do exercise and yoga alternatively.
(8) Atlast I started thinking positive and took 7-8 hours of complete sleep.
(9) I became regular on my daily activities and started loosing weight. I started drinking a glass of juice daily and cut down the cups of tea and coffee.
Now you can see a difference in myself. I have tonned a lot and have reducea my weight a lot. I have still a stubborn area like stomach which is still a little flabby but I am hoping to get rid off it soon.
