Weight loss tips for Mom's

After becoming mom one of the main thing that woman has to struggle with is the extra kilos and the flab that she puts on after pregnancy. Moreover the newly born baby doesn’t allow a mom to give sufficient time to look after her. But a woman should try to look after health and weight issues also as this will effect in a long run.

Few tips for moms to get rid of weighty issues:
(1) Your body needs something extra to burn of excess of calories in your body. Just running after your kids and doing little bit of household chores is not sufficient. You have to add some exercises in your daily routine.
(2) Anytime is a great time to do workout. If you do not get time in the morning as busy with household chores or have to send your husband to the office then no problems fix your workout time at the afternoon or evening when your baby is also sleeping. This is your best “ME” time. Out of 24 hours a day you can spend 30 minutes to one hour day for yourself.
(3) Make smart choice of your food that you eat. Plan in advance your meal schedule in advance. The vegetables can be bought every third day.
(4) Have at least 5-6 small meals in a day. The breakfast, lunch and dinner should be good. Apart from his mid morning, mid evening, mid- night meals are the metabolism boosters. Maintain your diet a balanced diet. Involve Carbohydrates, Proteins, Fats and Fibres in the right amount.
(5) Ask your doctor or physician before starting any exercise. If you are a new mom then give some time before starting any exercise.
