How to loose fat naturally?

Today the market is full of artificial medicines, tablets and other things which promise to make you weight loose fast without any exercise and food control. Fat is directly related to many of heart related problems few like hypertension, heart attack etc. Increase in fat should be prevented at prior time. But these can have bad affect on the health in a long run. Few tips to loose fat naturally are:
(1) Exercise: The best time for this is the morning. You only have to wake up little early and nothing else. If you can not do heavy exercises and do not want to go Gym then just walking is sufficient. Brisk walking is the best exercise that you can do. You can climb stairs also. Climbing is a good exercise for legs and hands. It does miracle to your stomach too.
(2) Have salad: Salad is rich in roughage that adds bulk to the fat and has natural water also. Salads have one more benefit that it makes you stomach fuller and you tend to eat less.
(3) Walk after every meal: Walk at least for 10 minutes after every big meal. If you can not get time after meal then do at least 30 minutes of walk either in the morning or evening.
(4) Be active the whole day: Keep rotating yourself throughout the day. Instead of phone or using lifts in the office, climb stairs and go to your colleague seat. Park your vehicle far of the parking area. The little activities can also help you burn calories.
(5) Never skip Breakfast: Most people think that by not having breakfast one can loose weight. So it is advised not to skip breakfast. This makes you hungrier and you tend to eat more in the day.
